Why don't you offer returns?

We can't offer returns for personal care products such as soap for health and safety reasons. If you have a problem with your order, please bring it to our attention immediately.

Do you offer custom / white label / private / unbranded soaps?

Great question. Yes, we can create custom orders for customers who are interested in purchasing our products without our logo stamped on it. We are also happy to work with you on special projects.  For example, maybe you're a team mom for a youth sports group and you want some custom soap as an end-of-the-season gift.  We can help.

Do you offer monthly subscriptions?

No, not yet.  But it's on the roadmap.  Subscribe to our newsletter (below) and we will notify you when it becomes available.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer free local delivery for orders of $75 USD or more within Natick, Massachusetts.  We will reach out to coordinate with you after an order is placed if you select Local Delivery.  

It important to note that we will only deliver to the shipping address listed on the order. All orders scheduled for local delivery must be signed for when received. Packages will never be left unattended.

In the future, we may offer delivery to other zip codes, especially for bulk orders, but at this time, only addresses within Natick.

Do you use Essential Oils in your soaps?

Yes, we do use Essential Oils in our bar soaps.  For example, some of the soaps in our Castile Soap collection feature Eucalyptus or Peppermint Oil.  Each essential oil offers different benefits.  

Speaking of essential oils, did you know that some people think coriander tastes like soap?

Where can I buy BubbleDrunk in stores?

Other than online and at local farmer markets, you can purchase BubbleDrunk soap at the Lookout Farm store in Natick, Ma.
