Why don't you offer returns?

We can't offer returns for personal care products such as soap for health and safety reasons. If you have a problem with your order, please bring it to our attention immediately.

Can I order unbranded soap?

Great question. Yes, we can create custom orders for customers who are interested in purchasing our products without our logo stamped on it.  Please contact us if you are interested in placing a custom order.

Do you offer monthly subscriptions?

No, not yet.  But it's on the roadmap.  Subscribe to our newsletter (below) and we will notify you when it becomes available.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer free local delivery based on order size to locations up to 20 miles away from our Natick, MA storefront. The option to select local delivery should appear during checkout if the shipping address you entered qualifies. Delivery options for Bulk & Custom orders can be discussed when those orders are placed.

  • 0-5 miles: Free Delivery on orders of $75 or more.
  • 5-10 miles: Free Delivery on orders of $150 or more.
  • 10-20 miles: Free Delivery on orders of $250 or more.

It important to note that we will only deliver to the shipping address listed on the order. All orders scheduled for local delivery must be signed for when received. Packages will never be left unattended.
